Unexplained knocking on the windows, objects mysteriously disappearing and appearing later in a completely different location, apparitions seen around the dining room table, Two, high school class rings made of gold and faceted birthstones were mysteriously smashed flat in the middle of the night, fish tank moved 90 degrees in the middle of the night, apparitions of a dog. The feeling that someone was watching you. This home was over 100 years old and by a fault line.   My grandparents lived in the home but eventually moved away and the home was completely remodeled. We used to visit in the summer during our family vacations.  This was near a fault line.

Strange paranormal activity and voices heard inside this multi-level historic museum.   Cold spots in the attic were reported.  Lori McDonald was pushed down the steps by an invisible force after taking photos inside the house, her camera was the first thing to land on the sidewalk. Unexplained screaming from the attic, EVP recorded in the attic. The apparition of a little girl  in the attic and in a family members bedroom. On more than one occasion the family has heard a child playing in the attic during the night.  Very cold temperatures of 30 degrees registered inside the home during the summer when the average temperature for the house was 80 degrees.  Numerous hag attacks and/or sleep paralysis dream.  Orb and ecto and  vortex images continuously show up in  photos. The family has seen red orbs moving towards them. This is the home that Channel 15 taped an interview with  Lori McDonald for a ghostly Halloween special segment in 2003.

This case all started with an earthquake.  The night the family experienced an earthquake they
immediately  began to notice orbs  in their digital photography even though prior to the earthquake they had taken hundreds of photos with not one orb present. This home was near a utility electrical line.  Also, it was a known Native American battle ground area according to the town records. Coin materialization's, robed monk like apparitions, crystal objects levitating and then dropping onto the floor and breaking, unexplained bells, drumming and chiming in the middle of the night, cold spots, very loud raven calls at night, walls caving in and a family member breaking out in hives after a psychic medium came in and tried to remove the activity with incense and candles, the feeling of being pushed, feeling that someone was watching, humming noise in the bedroom, an outbreak of hundreds of flys in the house, many reports of hag attacks.  Their dog dug up part of a human (child) femur bone out in the back yard by the close line.   The family finally moved.  Afterwards, their friends and neighbors reported that the current occupant was experiencing the same paranormal activity and that many of the homes around the same neighborhood were also haunted.

I looked into this case because the employees reported numerous paranormal activity and seeing the apparition of a young boy.  An invisible hand grabbed a female patron in the rest room in a sexual manner a bouncer was grabbed around the neck on a stair well, a female employer was "jumped" by a harsh whisper in her ear. Beer bottles that were thrown in the air disappeared and shattered against a back wall two weeks later, the sound of glasses breaking when no one is present in the kitchen. Sounds of a little boy crying throughout emanating from the walls adjacent to the sewer tunnels.  It should be noted that a 7 or 8 year old boy was reputed to be beaten to death after he failed to warn his moon shiner employers that the police were approaching the facility back in the days of  Prohibition 1880's San Diego's booming prosperity attracts prostitutes and gamblers, including Wyatt Earp, who runs three gambling halls.

The residents of this home have seen "The Lady in Blue" apparition in the hallway at 3:00 A.M.
periodically through out the months. They reported that the prior resident passed away in this home of cancer.  A couple years after moving in and seeing the ghost  the neighbors mentioned that while the woman was alive she used to wait up for her husband who worked graveyard shift and was often seen in a blue robe with a scarf wrapped around her head due to hair loss from cancer. We found out about the info after investigating into the history of the home.  The residents still see "The Lady in Blue" to this day.

Haunted Night Club in Tempe, Arizona.
Haunted by a man in a white 1940's style Zoot suit with hat who appeared to be Hispanic. Full Body Apparition. Looked solid. Once the ghost made eye contact he would disappear. This bar is located directly in front of a SRP electrical plant. The smell of ozone was present during the sightings.

Began as the residence of Charles Trumbull Hayden, who settled here in 1871 to build a flourmill and a ferry service for year-round crossings of the then-flowing Salt River. There have been numerous reports of hearing children playing after closing in the early hours of the morning, clean up crew  have seen apparitions of people from a different time periods, women who are wearing long pioneer clothing, cowboys and saloon girls in the hallway and paranormal activity in the banquet orange room.   As a psychic I could feel the presence of  a spirit or haunting, and that is why I originally inquired as to the possibility of the building site being haunted.   However,  I was unable prove the haunting with visual documentation.  If a haunting is caused by an intelligent, self aware, spirit, that wishes to be seen or interact with you, then it will manifest plasma as orbs, or an apparition or with EVP.  After a thorough investigation I determined that the phenomena was due to both an intelligent spirit and   a residual haunting.  Unfortunately,  I was unable to record plasma orbs or visual anomalies with my equipment, all though I did document very high EMF energy spikes.  If it had been a intelligent or conscious spirit choosing to interact, I would have been able to document or photograph the electro magnetic frequencies EMF and ionized gas with photos. Ionized gas that forms plasma energy, orbs, or ectoplasm takes the ambient energy from the environment (electrical lines, TVs, computers, human persons etc.) and creates a glow by agitating the electrons within the atoms of oxygen, nitrogen, and or carbon dioxide.

ORBS

To this day, customers and employees continue to report seeing apparitions and shadows and poltergeist activity. This discrepancy of sensing the ghosts but not being able to document the phenomena with photos etc., remains unresolved. NOTE: Just because an investigator is unable to document the phenomena doesn't mean the site isn't haunted.

It is very common for conscious entities to choose not to cooperate with investigators. My personal opinion is that there may be conscious self aware entities operating in the environment of a residual haunting. This is highly likely because it is the oldest building in the history of the Phoenix Valley. This case is still open and I plan on going on another investigation soon!

This isn't a camera strap or a tree branch!

This is an anomalous dark & light Vortex, which was taken on 9-17-00 by Bill McDonald of Lori and Will McDonald at the Haunted Courtyard to the Winchester House right before our guided tour. We had the both the camera and the photo negative analyzed and it was determined by the experts at Aperture Camera's Darkroom in Dana Point, CA that is was not the camera strap, the case strap, a tree branch in front of the lens or a thread with an attached fiber adhering to the inside of either the camera lens or the shutter door. Had been a tree branch, more texture from the bark would have been visible. We used Kodak 400 speed film. If this had been a camera strap the texture of the weave would have been noticeable. The entire interior of the shutter lens housing was found to be absolutely clean and lint free with out threads or dust. NOTE: The only other time in the past 30 years that they had seen an anomaly like this was when they had taken similar photos at the famous haunted Bloumfeld House in New Jersey and at The House Of The Seven Gables in Salem Massachusetts. He hated to admit it but he said it was an "anomalous materialization."

" This photo was taken on the 110th anniversary of the death of
Mr. Thomas  Whaley-December 1890.  We went out for the day and were drawn to the Whaley house and amazed when we found out that this was the 110th anniversary.  We didn't plan on going,  but on a whim decided to buy a disposable camera and take a few photos.  The day started out as our family day in San Diego at the Seaport Village. I took the photo on the staircase because   I had a "feeling" or sensed something unusual in that spot. We didn't bring our ghost hunting equipment.   I used a cheap Kodak disposable 800 speed camera. NOTE: This was a fun family day not a real planned professional ghost  investigation.  On a professional Ghost Investigation I wouldn't bring my child with me. "
